The upgrade spans everything from semiconductors and cloud architecture to large language models and inference systems.

The company said the service has already achieved full coverage across the Chinese mainland as well as Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, spanning nearly 500,000 traffic-light intersections.

The plan lays out “1 overall goal, 8 key areas and 17 priority tasks,” targeting design, construction, management and service operations across the city’s built environment.
