Morror Art snags $15M Series B+ funding for smart audio expansion

Wuxi-based home audio brand Morror Art (未来镜显示科技) has raised nearly 100 million yuan ($14.78 million) from Series B+ financing round led by Dayone Capital, with existing investor 01VC continuing to participate.

Founded in 2020, Morror Art entered the market with transparent lyric speakers that combine real-time lyric display, transparent materials and acoustic systems, turning lyrics into a visible element of home environments.

The company has since built a product portfolio of around eight SKUs, including transparent lyric speakers, vinyl-inspired lyric speakers and wall-mounted lyric speakers.

They cover price points from more than 1,000 yuan to nearly 20,000 yuan. In 2025, its revenue growth significantly outpaced the broader audio industry.

Morror Art has also launched overseas brand MorningBlues, whose latest SonicGlass A1 product has raised more than $1.2 million through Kickstarter crowdfunding.

Pinshan Biotech bags nearly $15M in Series A for life science materials

Shanghai-based Pinshan Biotech (品善生物) has secured nearly 100 million yuan in Series A financing led by Efung Capital, with FIRHealth Capital, Xunshang Capital and Ruixia Investment also participating.

The company develops high-end bioprocess consumables, including filtration membrane materials and chromatography resins.

It operates manufacturing facilities in Shanghai and Zhejiang covering more than 11,000 square meters, with products certified under ISO9001 and ISO13485. Its key products have also completed U.S. FDA DMF registration.

Pinshan has built three major business lines covering filtration products, chromatography media and cell culture reagents. Its virus removal filters are preparing for market launch, while depth filtration products have already achieved multiple commercial deployments.

Its high-rigidity Protein A affinity resin has gained recognition from leading domestic customers and achieved large-scale commercialization in China.

The company has also partnered with global life sciences company Repligen on hollow fiber filtration products to accelerate international expansion.

The new funding will be used for R&D and commercialization of high-end filtration materials and chromatography products.

Fabao Law nets nearly $30 million as legal AI platform upgrades

Hangzhou-based legal technology company Fabao Law (法保智能) has bagged nearly 200 million yuan in Series A++ and B rounds of financing, led by Yining Investment and Zhang Ruijie.

Originally founded as Fabao.com in 2019, the company has accumulated more than 100 million service interactions, serving over 300,000 enterprise customers across more than 190 counties and districts nationwide.

Built on its proprietary legal large language model, Fabao Law has built a G-B-L-C ecosystem that brings together government agencies, businesses, legal professionals and consumers. The company reported strong business growth in the first half of 2026.

Alongside the financing, the company rebranded from Fabao.com to Fabao Law, positioning itself as an “AI legal infrastructure solution provider.”

Chairman Li Junkai said the company’s Series B+ round is progressing, with valuation expected to approach 4 billion yuan.

The latest financing combines new share issuance and secondary share repurchase, with proceeds earmarked for platform intelligence upgrades and the rollout of its Legal Technology 3.0 system.

Zhongke Qingbang raises pre-Series A funding to scale magnetorheological tech

Hefei-based Zhongke Qingbang Technology (中科擎邦) has completed a pre-Series A round worth tens of millions of yuan, following its angel round in December 2023.

The company was incubated from an authorized project of the University of Science and Technology of China, with its core team originating from USTC research groups specializing in magnetorheological materials, intelligent electromechanical systems and control technologies.

Using magnetorheological technology as its foundation, Zhongke Qingbang develops high-performance magnetorheological fluids, automotive suspension systems, smart seat suspensions and electromagnetic fully active suspension systems.

It also provides vibration-control solutions for marine, bridge and defense applications.

The company has established technical cooperation with more than 10 major passenger and commercial vehicle manufacturers, with multiple projects entering the designation phase.

The new capital will support the deployment of automated magnetorheological suspension production lines, integrated manufacturing capacity for key materials and components, and accelerated mass production.
