- Event brings 200-plus exhibitors, spotlights smart manufacturing and AI-driven supply chains
- Four dedicated forums focus on global expansion and industrial collaboration
More than 200 companies descended on Hangzhou this week as the second China (Zhejiang) International Industrial Supply Chain Expo opened, showcasing the province’s push to strengthen industrial resilience and accelerate technology-driven upgrading.
Held April 9-10 at the Hangzhou Grand Convention and Exhibition Center, the event brings together domestic and overseas exhibitors spanning industrial automation, precision components, intelligent equipment, digital supply chains and AI-powered industrial applications.
Organizers positioned the expo as a one-stop platform linking manufacturers with upstream suppliers and technology partners across the entire industrial value chain.
Visitors can connect directly with suppliers covering everything from core components to smart equipment and supply chain solutions, reflecting growing demand among Chinese manufacturers to cut costs while improving efficiency through digitalization and automation.

Alongside product showcases, the expo features four high-level forums aimed at translating technology trends into practical industry strategies.
A forum focused on specialized and innovative enterprises explores global market opportunities and cross-border expansion strategies for small and mid-sized firms.
Another session examines how emerging technologies and new business models can foster collaboration across companies of different sizes.
An AI-focused industry forum highlighted real-world applications of artificial intelligence in supply chain management and smart manufacturing.
The Expo also hosts a dedicated investment matchmaking event aimed at connecting startups and technology projects with capital providers to accelerate commercialization.
The exhibition comes as Zhejiang cements its status as one of China’s most advanced industrial ecosystems.
The province’s major industrial firms with annual main-business revenue of 20 million yuan ($2.9 million) and more generated more than 11 trillion yuan ($1.5 trillion) in revenue, supported by a dense manufacturing network that spans raw materials through to finished products.
Zhejiang is home to 1,801 national-level “little giant” specialized enterprises and 189 single-product manufacturing champions — both ranking first nationwide — highlighting its role as a backbone of China’s industrial supply chain.
