The launch reflects intensifying competition in AI wearables, where devices are evolving from voice assistants into autonomous AI agents.

Instead of searching for services manually, users can ask the assistant to perform tasks or surface the relevant service directly.

According to platform data, nearly 5.7 million such firms have actively registered and built credit profiles on Sesame Enterprise Credit, up 42% from a year earlier.
The company said the AI achieved a 99% accuracy rate in identifying merchant requests and resolved more than 95% of submitted issues.

The plan lays out “1 overall goal, 8 key areas and 17 priority tasks,” targeting design, construction, management and service operations across the city’s built environment.

The rapid uptake of the service reflects a broader shift in AI services from chatbot-style interaction toward task execution.

The new system marks what Alibaba described as the e-commerce industry’s first customer service agent capable of completing operational workflows rather than simply answering questions.
