According to platform data, nearly 5.7 million such firms have actively registered and built credit profiles on Sesame Enterprise Credit, up 42% from a year earlier.
The company announced the milestone on May 26 at its AI payment ecosystem conference, describing the platform as the world’s first large-scale commercial AI-native payment infrastructure.
Selected projects can receive as much as 300,000 yuan ($44,242) each for one-year collaboration cycles, with strong-performing projects eligible for continued funding.
Officials said roughly one in every three Zhejiang residents has used the service, helping reduce average hospital visit times by about 20 minutes. Reported user satisfaction rates reached 98%.
The move formalizes the completion of the company’s previously announced angel round rather than a fresh financing deal.
The system uses a color-coded format—red, yellow, blue and green—to flag abnormal indicators and distinguish between issues requiring urgent attention and those suitable for routine monitoring.
The feature, launched April 27, lets users upload a single image and explore a dynamically generated 3D environment for up to 60 seconds, navigating it using game-style controls.
It has already been deployed in more than 400 hospitals nationwide, serving over 50 million patient visits and improving triage efficiency by up to 50%, the company said.
This announcement concluded a transaction that had taken nearly a year to complete, marking a pivotal expansion of Ant’s financial services footprint beyond mainland China.
