The moves come as Hangzhou intensifies efforts at the start of its “15th Five-Year Plan” period (2026-2030) to position itself as what officials call China’s “top city for AI innovation and development.”
Analysts say the expansion of its product lineup is also aimed at strengthening its capital-markets narrative by showcasing the breadth of its technology stack and long-term R&D capabilities.
The two companies said they have already completed integration between Spirit AI’s open-source embodied model Spirit v1.5 and D-Robotics’ Sunrise S600 computing platform.
The upgrade spans everything from semiconductors and cloud architecture to large language models and inference systems.
The company said the service has already achieved full coverage across the Chinese mainland as well as Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, spanning nearly 500,000 traffic-light intersections.
The system uses non-intrusive current analysis to detect the operating status and safety risks of electrical equipment.
The company said the AI achieved a 99% accuracy rate in identifying merchant requests and resolved more than 95% of submitted issues.
